A couple of weeks ago, we had the opportunity to go to the beach for a big Brown Family Reunion. At first I was reluctant as we are still living with my parents and nearly every single article of clothing is packed in boxes in our garage. But, we needed a vacation and it is rare that Corey gets to see his extended family so we packed up and headed to Fripp Island.
Not without a little drama to kick off our vacation, however.
As we were waiting at a stoplight to turn onto I-75, a very nice man knocked on the window and told us that our left rear tire looked really low and that he could hear the air leaking out of it. Yikes.
Corey made a quick u-turn and we hauled you-know-what to the nearest gas station where we discovered an almost flat tire. And by the way, the air was not merely "leaking" out - it was gushing.
Thank good for Divine Intervention. And AAA.
After only about a 2 hour delay, we were on the road again. For the record, we stopped 5 times along the way for potty breaks and Bonnie made it to the beach accident-free!

We hit the beach as soon as we arrived at the house. Bonnie loved it. That night. The rest of the time...not so much.
