So, we made it through one closing! Much to our surprise, it went very smoothly in spite of our buyers' nasty agent. We were a little worried about that one.
But, ultimately we got it closed and now we can move on to our next chapter. And I am so excited!!!!
Lot's more to do tonight before the closing tomorrow. Hopefully it will go as smoothly as today's so I can have a place to unpack my wine glasses. Cabernet tastes a little different out of this...
